Mediterranean classics, made the way you order them
On Denman Street since 1998, and run by owner Hamid since 2017, Mediterranean Grill keeps a focused menu: shawarma for pitas and plates, kabobs and souvlaki from the grill, lamb shank and roast lamb, and falafel and spinach pie for the vegetarians at the table.
Build your plate your way: white, dill or barberry rice; a house, Greek, tabouleh or Shirazi salad; garlic or hot sauce on top.

Late-night food in Vancouver’s West End
Mediterranean Grill is a Mediterranean restaurant at 1152 Denman Street, a few blocks from English Bay, and the kitchen is open every day from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. When most of the West End has closed for the night, we’re still grilling shawarma, chicken and beef kabobs, souvlaki and lamb, all made to order.
Eat in, order online for pickup, or order from us directly and our own drivers deliver for free. Not eating meat? The falafel plate, spinach pie, hummus and the Greek, tabouleh and Shirazi salads are all vegetarian.

Is Mediterranean Grill open late?
Yes. We’re open every day from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. at 1152 Denman Street, so you can eat in, pick up or get delivery long after midnight.
Is the meat halal?
Yes, all our meat is halal. We also serve beer, liquor and cocktails.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Order from us directly and our own drivers deliver for free. Delivery apps such as Uber Eats charge their own fees.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes: the falafel plate, spinach pie, hummus, and the Greek, tabouleh and Shirazi salads.
Can you cater an office lunch or a party?
Yes, across Vancouver and Coquitlam, with free delivery. Give us at least 3 days’ notice for under 50 people and 1 to 2 weeks for 50 or more, and we’ll quote once we know your headcount. See catering.
