Information you give us
When you send a catering inquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number, event date, type of event, number of guests, preferred contact method and any message you write. The form sends this information to us by email. We use it only to reply to your inquiry and plan your order, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Online ordering
Online orders are placed on this website. We collect the contact details, chosen food options and, when you choose delivery, the delivery address needed to process your order. WooCommerce stores the order and sends confirmation emails. Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. This website does not store raw card details.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. WordPress and WooCommerce set cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, and cookies for people who log in to manage the site. We do not currently use website analytics; if we add them, we will update this policy first.
Maps
Our Visit Us page shows a Google map. When that map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We keep catering inquiry emails only as long as we need them to respond, plan your event and keep reasonable business records. Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes.
